Dominion Voting
A research effort focused on accessibility
We were asked to help Dominion, a voting systems company, audit the accessibility of their technology by developing a strict rubric for task analysis and formulating and conducting a field test with users.
We are firm believers that technology should empower and work for everyone, especially so when it is technology applied to democracy. Our findings and synthesized report enabled Dominion to identify areas of friction, supplied insight for additional design solutions, and ultimately assisted in the certification of their systems.
